Money-Back Guarantee

After your demo, you buy the plan you want and your AI Chat Agent goes live on your own website right away. It's the full product, not a limited sample. Every new plan is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee: if it's not right for you within 14 days of your first payment, one click refunds you in full.

What you get when you buy

  • A real site in your dashboard, installable on your live website in minutes.
  • The full product at your chosen plan's capability from day one: a crawl of your site up to your plan's page limit, uploads, pinned facts, scheduled refreshes you switch on, and escalation handoffs.
  • The complete dashboard: Conversations, Knowledge, Analytics, Settings, and the appearance editor.

There's no separate trial step and no sampled, limited version. You buy, you go live, and the guarantee protects the purchase.

How the guarantee works

The guarantee runs for 14 days from your first payment. Within that window you can get a full refund of all plan charges for your covered sites, including annual plans, for any reason. Overage charges (conversations above your plan's included allowance) are not refunded.

Getting a refund

  1. Open Account → Billing in your dashboard.
  2. Choose Request a refund (visible while your guarantee window is open).
  3. Confirm. We refund all plan charges within the window and cancel your subscription immediately.

After a refund, your account enters the standard deletion grace period, so you have a few days to export anything you need. See Deleting your account.

The fine print

  • The guarantee covers all plan charges (including annual plans) paid during the 14-day window, refunded in full. Overage charges are not refunded.
  • It runs for 14 days from your first payment.
  • The guarantee may be used once per customer.
