Money-Back Guarantee

After your demo, you buy the plan you want and your AI Chat Agent goes live on your own website right away. It's the full product, not a limited sample. Every new plan is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee: if it's not right for you within 14 days of your first payment, one click refunds you in full.

What you get when you buy

  • A real site in your dashboard, installable on your live website in minutes.
  • The full product at your chosen plan's capability from day one: a crawl of your site up to your plan's page limit, uploads, pinned facts, scheduled refreshes you switch on, and escalation handoffs.
  • The complete dashboard: Conversations, Knowledge, Analytics, Settings, and the appearance editor.

There's no separate trial step and no sampled, limited version. You buy, you go live, and the guarantee protects the purchase.

How the guarantee works

The guarantee runs for 14 days from your first payment. Within that window you can get a full refund of that first charge, including annual plans, for any reason.

Getting a refund

  1. Open Account → Billing in your dashboard.
  2. Choose Request a refund (visible while your guarantee window is open).
  3. Confirm. We refund your first payment in full and cancel your subscription immediately.

After a refund, your account enters the standard deletion grace period, so you have a few days to export anything you need. If you change your mind during that window, re-subscribing restores your account. See Deleting your account.

The fine print

  • The guarantee covers your first payment (including annual plans), refunded in full.
  • It runs for 14 days from that first payment.
  • One guarantee refund per account.
