Getting Started

This is the fastest path from "never heard of us" to a live AI Chat Agent on your site. The whole flow is demo → buy → install. You see it working on your own content first, then buy the plan you want, backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Step 1: Get your free demo

  1. Go to the demo form (the "Get a demo" / "Get started" button on our site, or /demo/new).
  2. Enter your website address and your email (your name is optional).
  3. Submit. We build a live AI Chat Agent trained on your real website. This usually takes a few minutes. You will see a "preparing your demo" screen while we read your site and train your agent on it.

No account and no credit card are required to get a demo. Your demo stays available for 7 days.

Working with an agency? If you received a branded demo link (/demo/...), you'll see the agency's branding. The rest of the flow is the same.

Step 2: Try the demo

When the demo is ready, you land on a live chat with your own AI Chat Agent. Ask it the questions your real visitors ask about your services, hours, pricing, and policies. The answers come straight from your website content.

Step 3: Buy your plan

Happy with the demo? Buy the plan you want. This:

  • Creates your account. Sign in with an email link, Google, or a password.
  • Turns your demo into a real, installable site on your live website. It's the full product, not a limited sample.

Step 4: Install the widget

Once your site exists, install the AI Chat Agent on your website. Open your site in the dashboard, go to the Installation tab, and copy your snippet:

Paste it just before the closing </body> tag on every page where you want the agent to appear, and replace YOUR_WEBSITE_ID with the ID shown on the Installation tab. A chat button appears in the corner of your page.

Testing on your own computer or a staging domain first? You can. Add http://localhost:PORT or your staging origin under Settings → General → Allowed origins. Full details in Installing the Widget.
